All the Lovely Bad Ones, by Mary Downing Hahn

5 stars

Siblings Corey and Travis are stuck at their Grandma’s small, stuffy hotel for the summer. The hotel has a history of ghost sightings – children hiding in the shadows, stealing items, pulling people’s hair, giggling and racing through the halls at night. So, mischievous pranksters Corey and Travis plot a series of ghastly pranks to make hotel-goers think the ghosts have returned. Accidentally, the rambunctious and lovely bad ones are awakened from the grave by all the fuss and pranks at night and they return on a move to terrorize people. Maybe this time around, they’ll find what they’re looking for..
